The Copthorne hotel location is amazing at walking distance from Deira City Center with wide variety of choices. Rooms are very clean and convenient. I loved the Dubai view from the balcony of my room. The staff is really amazing, professional and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Angelica, Mr. Ahmed (Front disc), Mr. Cyril the meeting attendant who did excellent effort to ensure smoothness of our meetings. Special thanks to Mr. Rohit Kumar (Housekeeping) for extraordinary care and attention to my room.

The location is accessible through metro and it’s near restaurants and Deira City Center

Location and facilities

The Hotel location is good, 4 minutes walk to the Metro and Deira City Centre Mall. Surrounded with different night shopping places and restaurants. Overall the location of the hotel can serve both business people and professionals.

Food was good, however very less options. Please ensure that buffet items are consistently monitored and replenished before they run out, so guests won't have to wait.

The staff the location the cleanness

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel last Thursday with my daughter. Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory, and I do not intend to repeat it. Please find below the key concerns we faced: 1. The front desk staff during check-in showed little attention to guests and did not respond to our phone calls. 2. The reception team lacked customer service skills and emotional intelligence in handling guests. 3. Specifically, the duty manager (an Egyptian staff member named Yasar) embarrassed us by asking me and my daughter to leave our seats for Saudi guests who were not even present. He later attempted to compensate by assigning us a pool-view room (No. 607). 4. The room cooling system was fixed at 17°C with high fan speed. Despite several attempts, we could not adjust it to a moderate temperature (22–23°C). 5. The parking area was unpleasant, with a bad smell caused by cats, leftover food, and waste scattered around. Additionally, finding a parking spot was very difficult—I waited in my car for over 12 minutes until finally being directed by a staff member to park in the G-level. This overall experience left us very disappointed. I hope my comments are taken seriously for the sake of future guests, though I personally will not be returning. everything is good.. specially that 702 suite .. it was so big that we don't know where we will sleep haha. .also special mention to adham , he was so helpful for us and he is so accommodating

Shabab from the front office was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. He kindly upgraded my room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s location, being close to the airport, also made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The location was convenient and the price was affordable compared to many hotels in Dubai.
